LiVe is designed to operate as a 100% remote company. Every associate has a full home office set up with the same technology and tools as our brick-and-mortar offices. Throughout pandemics, natural disasters and other emergencies, we are never more than a phone call away.
We have a standby alternate, remote power backup available at all times.
We have a backup… or three. Between two lines of Comcast and a tertiary T-Mobile backup, we’ll never be offline.
Not here. We have an automatic, seamless battery backup for zero interruptions.
Reaching Us by Phone
Our impressive, cloud-based phone system can route calls directly to our cell phones if power is lost. With multiple redundancies through 6 servers, our provider ensures we are always available.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking extra precautions to maintain the health and safety of your team and ours. We are following all CDC guidelines, including procedures for proper hygiene, wearing of masks, social distancing, and more.
Additionally, we have implemented increased stay-at-home options, rotating office coverage, facility air filtration, upgraded home office equipment, increased office cleaning and individual sanitation kits. LiVe remains loyal to our entire team throughout this challenging time and have not decreased headcount due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
