Our Story
LiVe Logistics was founded on the belief that our families are the foundation for what we do. As two brothers with decades of experience in third-party logistics (3PL) and freight brokerage services, we wanted to unite our passion for this industry with our love of family. LiVe is the union of the two communities in which we have chosen to raise our children and where we operate our business: Libertyville and Vernon Hills, IL.
As we believe in the power of family, we also believe in the value of our personal and professional relationships – and we treat our clients and employees as such. Our management team has over 38 years of combined logistics experience, and we are confident that LiVe Logistics is a company where our customer and carrier partnerships will thrive, as we strive to add value to both sides of our network.
In 2003, I joined a small start-up freight brokerage as the fifth employee. I had the honor of being part of the founding team that grew the business from under $10MM in 2003 to over $200MM in 2014. I served in many roles throughout my 13 years there–developing strategy and driving growth through these three simple concepts: People, Culture and Relationships.
