Summary

As a Flatbed Carrier Sales Rep, your focus will be on the growth and development of the LiVe-Omni Flatbed service offerings, and to lay a foundation for building this division around our customers’ freight. You will be responsible for providing flatbed logistics solutions to our customers, extensively developing our specialized carrier portfolio, and establishing long term partnerships with new and existing specialized carriers and customers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work with Sales & NAMs to identify LiVe-Omni customers with flatbed service needs.
  • Pursue and execute on identified opportunities within our shared freight networks.
  • Develop and establish a flatbed carrier portfolio cataloged by equipment type, regions covered & services offered, utilizing internal & external resources.
  • Consult and serve as the flatbed subject matter expert for Sales / Pricing.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and market updates.
  • Lead by example by utilizing best practices for carrier compliance & booking.
  • Maintain expected service levels and other KPIs to retain business
  • Attend Carrier/vendor facing events as necessary.
  • Assist Carrier Sales team with truckload coverage where needed

What You Need:

  • Familiarity with pricing various flatbed equipment types.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with internal and external clients.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to easily multitask and execute on responsibilities with precision and attention to detail.
  • Make decisions with confidence and efficiency.
  • Collaborative spirit with desire to lead team members.

  • Minimum 2 years Flatbed Carrier Sales
