As an Operations Representative, you are the bridge between the Customer Sales and Carrier Sales teams. You will work alongside the sales team in managing the daily operations of LiVe’s unique customers. You will be responsible for organically growing customer accounts by providing world-class customer service and fostering meaningful relationships with customer contacts. As you begin your career with LiVe, you will go through an extensive on-the-job training period where you will be under the guidance of our Operations Manager and sales team. During this time, you will learn industry best-practices, as well as the fundamental skills required to learn about the brokerage industry from the ground-up, with opportunity to advance your career as the company grows.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work internally with the Carrier Sales team to secure the best available transportation solutions for LiVe Logistics customers.
  • Schedule all necessary pick-up and delivery appointments and communicate any issues throughout the duration of the shipment.
  • Manage the load board for your assigned accounts to ensure world-class service is provided each day.
  • Develop strong relationships with LiVe customer contacts and facilities to best understand their shipping needs and to organically grow customer accounts.
  • Service accounts with professional urgency, proactively resolve issues, and strive for continuous improvement of operational efficiencies.
  • Work with the Carrier Sales Team to ensure customer invoices are accurate and closed out efficiently.
  • Assist the Manager of Operations and the Sales Team as needed.

  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of Sales Operations or Customer service desired
